A major new initiative for tradeteam has been the introduction and management of a ‘Cultural Change Programme. This initiative, whilst still in its infancy, aims to both engage and empower employees in the workplace.
An excellent example of this can be seen in the recent employee’s survey – the 6th of its kind, that was carried out in April this year. It provided interesting and invaluable feedback and will help to give the company focus and direction over the next 12 months.
Overall, tradeteam continues to improve. Initiatives such as "Brilliant at the Basics" and "Customer Service Excellence" are having the desired effect, especially in the areas of improving the company's offering to its customers.
Just as important though, was the sense of employee optimism that change for the better would come from the results of the survey (up by 22%).
